TERMS OF SERVICE & SERVER POLICY

1. SERVER INFORMATION

2. AGE REQUIREMENT & VERIFICATION

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The Kingdom is a 21+ ONLY server. You must be at least 21 years of age to access this server and Discord community.

2.2 Age Verification Process

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You have provided accurate date of birth information during the whitelist process.
• You consent to participate in a voice-verified server tour.
• You understand that providing false age information will result in immediate permanent removal.

2.3 Age Verification Enforcement

• The Kingdom reserves the right to request additional age verification at any time.
• Members found to be under 21 will be permanently removed with no exceptions.
• We may conduct periodic audits to ensure age compliance.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF SERVER RULES

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow all server rules including but not limited to:

3.1 Community Conduct

• Treat all members with respect and kindness.
• No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
• No spam, excessive tagging, or disruptive behavior.
• Keep controversial topics (politics, religion) to yourself.
• Use common sense and follow the spirit of the rules.

3.2 Gameplay Rules

• No cheating, hacking, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.
• PvP only in designated zones.
• No griefing, raiding, or destroying other players' builds without permission.
• Respect build distances: 10,000 blocks between communities, 150 blocks between individual players.
• All mobs must be name-tagged or they will be removed.
• Mob Limits: 6 per type, 1 sheep per color, 3 wolf breeds, 4 copper golems.

3.3 Activity Requirements

• You must maintain activity on Discord AND in-game.
• Activity points must stay above 6 within a 30-day period.
• Discord activity: Answer questions, participate in Commonwealth Chats.
• In-game activity: Log in for at least 10 minutes.
• If you need time away, open an AFK ticket with your return date.

3.4 Community Participation

• You must join a community (Dominion, Midgard, or Exiled).
• Participate in community events and activities.
• Follow your community leader's additional guidelines.
• Keep mailboxes at spawn updated.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate disciplinary action:

4.1 Zero-Tolerance Violations

• Providing false age information.
• Hacking, cheating, or using unauthorized client modifications.
• Real-money trading (RMT) with other players.
• Scamming or fraudulent transactions.
• Impersonating staff members or creating fake admin accounts.
• Sharing or promoting non-EULA-compliant servers.
• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of other members.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or illegal content.
• Doxxing or sharing personal information of others.
• Exploiting game bugs or server vulnerabilities.

4.2 Reportable Violations

• Griefing or excessive targeting of specific players.
• Spawn camping or repeated destruction of builds.
• Unauthorized structure relocation.
• Violation of mob or farm limits.
• Creating lag through excessive redstone or hoppers.
• Disrespecting build distance requirements.

5. DISCIPLINARY SYSTEM

5.2 Immediate Removal Offenses

The following violations result in immediate permanent removal without warning:

• Age falsification
• Hacking or cheating
• Real-money trading or scamming
• Severe harassment or hate speech
• Impersonating staff
• Doxxing or sharing personal information
• Promoting illegal activities

6. DONATIONS & MONETIZATION

6.1 Donation-Based Model

The Kingdom operates on a voluntary donation model. All contributions are used exclusively for:

• Monthly server hosting and infrastructure costs.
• Server upgrades and expansion.
• Plugin and add-on development.
• Maintenance of community tools and services.

6.2 EULA Compliance

All donation perks are 100% EULA-COMPLIANT:

• All perks are cosmetic and non-competitive.
• No gameplay advantages are sold.
• No pay-to-win mechanics.
• No loot crates or randomized rewards.
• Full transparency in package descriptions.

6.4 Prohibited Transactions

Player-to-player real-money trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited.

• No selling in-game items for real money.
• No trading accounts or perks for cash.
• No external marketplace transactions.
• Violations result in immediate permanent removal.

6.5 Currency & Payments

• All donations are processed in USD.
• You confirm you have legal access to the payment method used.
• You are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion charges.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BUILD OWNERSHIP

7.1 Server Content Rights

By building on The Kingdom, you acknowledge:

• All builds created on The Kingdom belong to The Kingdom.
• The Kingdom may use screenshots, videos, or images of your builds for promotional materials.
• You grant The Kingdom perpetual, royalty-free license to use your builds.
• You retain credit for your creative work, but ownership transfers to the server.

7.2 Leaving the Server

If you leave The Kingdom voluntarily or are removed:

• Your builds and items will be stored for 15 days.
• After 15 days, all items and builds are permanently deleted.
• No backups or transfers will be provided after the 15-day grace period.
• Items cannot be transferred to other servers.

7.3 Add-Ons & Custom Content

All custom add-ons are copyrighted by TheN1NJ4LL0 / Ninj-OS Gaming:

• Add-ons are distributed under modified MIT license.
• Commercial use is prohibited.
• Attribution is required for modified versions.
• Add-ons are provided "as-is" without warranty.

8. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA HANDLING

8.1 Data Collection

We collect and store the following information:

• Discord username and User ID
• Minecraft in-game name (IGN)
• Date of Birth (for age verification only)
• Activity logs (Discord and in-game)
• Donation transaction records
• Moderation and disciplinary records

8.2 Data Usage

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Age verification and compliance
• Server access and whitelist management
• Activity tracking and inactivity enforcement
• Donation perk delivery
• Moderation and rule enforcement
• Server administration

8.3 Data Security

• All data is stored securely and encrypted.
• Access limited to ownership and senior admin team only.
• We follow Discord's privacy policies and GDPR compliance standards.
• We do NOT collect or store sensitive documents (IDs, licenses, payment info).

8.4 Data Sharing

We will NEVER:

• Sell your personal information.
• Share your data with third parties for marketing.
• Provide your information to other players.

We MAY share data only:

• When required by law or legal process.
• To protect the safety and security of our community.
• With Mojang/Microsoft if requested for EULA compliance investigations.

8.5 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by opening a ticket. Upon request:

• Your date of birth will be permanently deleted.
• Your account records will be anonymized.
• Your Discord and in-game access will be terminated.
• This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9. SERVER AVAILABILITY & LIMITATIONS

9.1 No Guarantee of Service

The Kingdom is provided "AS-IS" with no guarantees of:

• 24/7 uptime or availability.
• Bug-free gameplay.
• Uninterrupted service.
• Compatibility with all devices or versions.

9.2 Maintenance & Downtime

• The server may go offline for maintenance, updates, or technical issues at any time.
• We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.
• No compensation or refunds will be provided for downtime.

9.3 Server Resets & Updates

• The Kingdom reserves the right to reset, modify, or update the server at any time.
• Major updates will be announced in advance when possible.
• Perks and features may change or be removed during updates.
• No refunds will be provided for perk changes or removals.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 No Liability

The Kingdom, Ninj-OS Technology, Ninj-OS Hosting, and all staff members are NOT LIABLE for:

• Data loss, corruption, or server crashes.
• Loss of in-game items, builds, or progress.
• Account bans, removals, or suspensions.
• Conflicts between players.
• Damages resulting from server use.
• Third-party actions or external links.
• Changes to perks or features.
• Server downtime or technical issues.

10.2 Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that:

• You use The Kingdom entirely at your own risk.
• You are responsible for backing up any personal data.
• The ownership team is not responsible for player disputes.
• All gameplay decisions and consequences are your responsibility.

11. STAFF & MODERATION

11.1 Staff Authority

The Kingdom's staff team has full authority to:

• Enforce rules and issue warnings/strikes.
• Remove members who violate terms of service.
• Modify or remove content that violates rules.
• Make final decisions on disputes or appeals.
• Update rules and policies as needed.

11.2 Staff Identification

• All official staff are listed in the public staff roster.
• Staff roles are clearly identified in Discord.
• Staff cannot provide unfair advantages (free teleports, items, etc.).
• Members should verify staff identity through the public roster.

11.3 Staff Limitations

Staff members CANNOT:

• Provide gameplay advantages to friends or favorites.
• Override ownership decisions.
• Refund donations or reverse disciplinary actions.
• Share your private information.
• Make promises about perks or features without ownership approval.

11.4 Reporting Staff

If you believe a staff member has violated rules or abused their position:

• Open a private ticket with evidence.
• Contact ownership directly (Striker, Dreamkiller, or Ninja).
• All reports are investigated confidentially.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

12.1 Discord Integration

The Kingdom requires Discord participation. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to:

• Our Discord server rules and guidelines.

12.2 Payment Processing

Donations are processed through third-party payment processors:

• You agree to the terms of the payment processor used.
• We are not responsible for payment processing errors.
• Payment disputes must be resolved with the processor.

12.3 External Links

• The Kingdom may contain links to external websites or services.
• We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
• Use external links at your own risk.

13. MOJANG EULA COMPLIANCE

13.1 Non-Affiliation Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree:

• The Kingdom is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation.
• "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB.
• This server operates under Mojang's End User License Agreement (EULA).
• All activities comply with Minecraft's Commercial Usage Guidelines.

13.2 Reporting EULA Violations

If you believe The Kingdom is violating Mojang's EULA, you may:

• Report directly to Mojang at: server-compliance@mojang.com
• Open a ticket with our ownership team.
• We are committed to full EULA compliance and will investigate all concerns.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

14.1 Right to Modify

The Kingdom reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

14.2 Notification of Changes

• Major changes will be announced in Discord.
• Updated terms will be posted with new effective dates.
• You may be required to re-accept updated terms.

14.3 Continued Use = Acceptance

Your continued use of The Kingdom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14.4 Responsibility to Review

It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms for updates. Ignorance of changes does not exempt you from compliance.

15. SEVERABILITY & ENFORCEMENT

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and The Kingdom regarding server use.
